First, the colors are gorgeous and I think could work on warm or cool, light or dark people.
Second, the quality is typical of Stila shadows - extremely soft and pigmented. The finish of all but the dark indigo color are metallic. I'm not sure how to describe the finish of the indigo so I'll let the pics/swatches speak for themselves.
